Final group cost may change due to changes in airfare, hotel availability, taxes, or supplier charges.
Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies are governed by airline, hotel, transport, and service provider rules.
Certain group services may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
No refund will be applicable for no-shows, unused services, or early departure of any group member.
Rooming lists, passenger details, and travel documents must be provided within the stipulated timelines.
Any increase in taxes, government levies, or fuel surcharges shall be borne by the group.
The travel agency acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for delays, schedule changes, service disruptions, or force majeure events.
Payment towards the booking implies acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Foreign Exchange:

Foreign Exchange utilization for the purpose of Land arrangements/ self use will be done from the
individual BTQ Quota only.
You shall be required to provide such KYC documents as may be requested by Travel Tours at the
time of booking/ receiving the booking amounts.
